Aerial Fitness

In this high flying class you will learn all the fundamentals of Aerial athletics using an aerial Lyra (Hoop). Like a trapeze but a ring, with a full 360 degree range of motion, not just front to back. In addition to being fully mobile, it spins! You will have the challenge of not only stabilizing your body weight through tricks and poses, but the steal hoop as well. Workout while flying!
Note: You will be attempting to lift your body weight in this class.  Recommended you wear athletic pants or leggings…
