Chakra Sweat Yoga is an open levels 60 minute Vinyasa flow styled class aimed at opening and balancing the 7 main energy centers of the body, known as Chakras. Students will learn about their own energy flow, as it relates to mind, body and spirit. Find your tribe on the mat, this class cultivates sisterhood and unity, delivering a sweaty physical workout in addition to mind expanding growth. Each class will offer to balance all 7 chakras with each month focusing intently on learning each chakra deeper, one at a time. Come for the yoga, stay for the transformation.
