Class Length: 60 minutes
A system of flow yoga that allows for movement as well as opportunities to focus on alignment and flexibility. This practice helps create a deeper understanding of each pose as you build strength, endurance, flexibility, and concentration. All levels welcome.
The word “hatha” can be translated two ways: as “willful” or “forceful” or the yoga of activity, and as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance. Hatha pratices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit.
