Wicked Pollet: A Wicked Workout™

Class description:

Wicked Pollet is a graceful flow of ballet movements combined with all the power of Wicked Pole Fitness. Instructors will focus on ballet techniques while gradually introducing the spins and climbs of pole dancing. Try Wicked Pollet to increase flexibility and build body strength.
