You belong here. Adaptive yoga will assist with balancing your energy and increasing your flexibility all while going at a safe and therapeutic pace. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and confident in your body’s ability. The use of props, such as bolsters, blocks and blankets, will be taught and demonstrated. 60 minute class including savasana/ meditation. Bring water.
