Ready for 30 minutes of booty blasting, killer cardio? This class is for you.  Beware, this is not your Momma’s jazzercise. This is a pulse raising, dance class with hip hop roots, that fully focuses on booty work. Have fun being silly all while whittling away your waist and challenging your butt and thighs. Warning, may result not only in a more toned physique, but also a surge in confidence. This class is only half an hour in length so be prepared to get right down to it. Knee pads are highly suggested but not mandatory, (a portion of the exercises in this class will be done on the floor). It may feel silly and awkward in the beginning but the more you practice, the better you will get. Come hop it, pop it, and sweat sexy with us!
