Class Length: 60 minutes
This vinyasa-based class is the best of both worlds. The class starts with a short meditation and slower, relaxing movements as the body opens. As the class progresses, movements and flows will start to increase building heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength, preparing you for the week ahead. Open to all levels.
