Wicked Flow Class: A Wicked Workout™

Class length: 60 minutes

Class description:
Wicked Flow fuses the energy and movement of Wicked Power Yoga with the core stabilizing dynamics of Wicked Pilates. Our instructor’s workout will focus on building strength and endurance in your core muscles to promote awareness for your mind, body, and spirit. The Wicked Flow class teaches you to breathe correctly, engage core muscle strength in all movements, lengthen and balance your muscles, increase flexibility, maintain proper postural alignment when sitting and standing, and help with weight loss.

Our instructor will test your body through:
• A series of strength yoga poses
• Tightening and toning your core/midsection
• Flowing series of core movements
• Core conditioning on the mat or machine (We suggest The “Chair” as the best core workout because it isolates your core muscles from top to bottom.)

Wicked Flow is a total body workout that restores muscular balance while strengthening the abs and lower back. It is designed to improve posture, flexibility, and awareness.
