Come one, come all! A body positive, all inclusive, beginners friendly hatha flow. If you have ever said ” I can’t do yoga.” I want to show you that you can!
Yoga is for every body!
Mindful hatha practice designed to boost your mood, stretch, relax and tone.
We will slowly warm-up and introduce asanas one by one spending time to go over alignment, and feel comfortable in the pose. Lots of hands on adjustments, attention to detail and introduction to props and variations. No need to rush or push yourself beyond your current abilities, being present in the moment and honoring where your body is now is the key.
