I have been practicing Yoga for over 10 years and have been answering my heart’s call to teach others the self-love and inner peace that it brought into my life. I lived at and studied for an extended period of time in Varkala, India at the Suddha Anand Yogshala under Shara Sita Ji, Sachin Sita Ji and Swami Shri Sanjiv Kasyap Ji. During my time in India I also studied Ayurvedic anatomy and medicine, philosophy and meditation in great detail. I am also certified in group fitness aerobics and senior group fitness aerobics, as well as CPR/first aid certified.I specialize in variations for people of different sizes or abilities, as I believe yoga is for every body and should be taught in a way that everyone can understand and feel good about. Loving your body in this moment is so important, and I love to see my students grow and embrace this. I am always learning and striving to better my practice and my being. The universe still has much to teach me and I am happily learning more everyday. Namaste
