Yin Relaxation Yoga. Get ready to melt your cares away and prepare for the workweek refreshed and rejuvenated. In this one hour and 15 minute offering, we will take time opening shoulders, hips and the heart with a slow and gentle relaxing Yin practice followed with a longer, Nidra-style shavasana closing practice. Bring a mat, water, pillow, blankets, or bolster. All levels.
