Class description:
Are you ready for a “sculptageddon”? This is a Pilates based class incorporating basic ballet techniques and a little yoga (non yogis don’t you worry, it’s for everyone) to strengthen and tone from the inside out. The use of props will intensify your workout. Be prepared to work your core and use your center for the entire challenging and FUN class. You will get sweaty despite isolated movements…bare feet is recommended. Modifications available to fit all fitness levels.
