This program was created  specifically to be a full body workout that emphasizes on slow precise movement that are concise and careful to work the muscles and the LoPole is designed to Target.

Wicked LoPole is a fitness class designed to challenge your fitness level in a whole new way.

The LoPole is horizontal bar pole suspended 1-1/2 to 2 feet off the ground, this allows your body to challenge against gravity with allowing the comfort of being close enough to the ground to allow your body to be fully support as a modification. The LoPole is a full body workout that emphasize on using biceps, deltoids, gluteus, core, thigh, glutes, and chest.
